Local Warranty (Singapore) Terms & Conditions (This warranty is valid in SINGAPORE ONLY)
Thank you for purchasing our aigo product. aigo product is guaranteed ONLY against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase (excluding earphones and batteries). Kindly read and agree to the Warranty Terms & Conditions before you complete and submit the following form. Kindly print a copy of the completed form for your own reference. (Please note that the warranty does not cover products that have been purchased from a source other than directly from Huaqi Information Technology (S) Pte Ltd or have been purchased as used.)
This warranty is only valid:
- For carry-in service.
- One (1) year from the original date of purchase as stated on the original sales invoice or receipt.
- One to one exchange within Seven (7)Â days from the original date of purchase, should there be any manufacturer defect.
- If this warranty is provided only by Huaqi Information Technology (S) Pte Ltd.
- When the faulty product along with a copy of the original invoice or receipt is presented.
- When the product has not been altered, modified or defaced in any manner.
- When this warranty card has been completed and returned within 14 days from date of purchase. It is a condition precedent to any coverage as provided by this warranty [From the date of purchase at aigo. Serial number will be recorded at the POS]
The following are NOT covered in this warranty:
- If the product has been dismantled or repaired by anyone other than aigo or its designee
- If the product has been used with parts or supplies which do not meet the aigo’s specifications.
- If the product serial number has been altered or changed.
- If the product defects and damages due to normal wear, or failure to adhere to the enclosed instructions
- If the product has been misused or damaged by shock or fall, water, lightning, Acts of God, civil unrest, fire, flood, strike, accident, riot, war, rationing allocations and embargoes.
- If the inappropriate electrical power supply/voltage has been used.

- This warranty does not cover data recovery or backup and aigo is not responsible for any data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.
- Supplies and accessories used with the product (such as keyboards, mouses, earphones and batteries, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
- This warranty is solely for the purchased aigo product and is provided without connection to other warrantees.
- This warranty does not cover demonstration and training on the product.
- aigo reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without thereby incurring any liability to modify or upgrade the products or any part of the faulty product as it sees fit during the term of the agreement.
- aigo is not responsible for carriage of the product for repair.
- Please return faulty product with the copy of the original sales receipt or invoice directly to aigo or its designee.
- This warranty is in additional to and does not affect your statutory rights
- This warranty does not cover products purchased outside Singapore.
Disclaimer aigo is not liable for damage caused by fire, natural disaster (such as flood, thunder, lightning, earthquake, etc.), used by third party, accidents, improper temperature or humidity, or damage caused by misuse or malfunction through simultaneous use of the all aigo products. This warranty supersedes all other warranties or representations, oral or written. In no event will aigo be liable to anyone for any damages, expenses, lost revenues, lost savings, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages as results of the purchase, use or inability to use of the aigo product, even if aigo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Limited International Warranty Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT: 1. The ORIGINAL invoice or receipt MUST be shipped or carried-in along with the defective product. 2. All limited one (1) year international warranty will ONLY cover returning freight charges after repair. 3. All bank charges, import taxes and any other related charges are to be borne by the senders. 4. ONLY when payment is received, the goods will be repaired/replaced and returned.
To obtain Limited International Warranty service, customer must deliver the product with freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to aigo's Singapore Service Centre (159 Kampong Ampat #01-02 KA Place Singapore 368328).  It is customer's responsibility to backup any data, software or other materials that may have stored or preserved in the unit.  It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service and aigo will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.  For warranty to be valid, warranty registration must be submitted to aigo within 14 days from the date of purchase.  For specific instructions and more details on how to obtain Limited International Warranty service for your product, please contact our hotline +65 6333 6388 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) or email to
